We request payment two weeks prior to the time of the event- or at the time of signing up if under two weeks. Payment is accepted upon making a reservation by Venmo @Melissa-Petitto. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have a problem with a transaction, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Event Refund Policy: Prior to two weeks before the event you may cancel or change your reservation by contacting us directly at fragrantcanesupperclub@gmail.com.

All sales within two weeks of the dinner are final. No refunds unless an event has been canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, ticket purchasers will have the option to either receive a full refund or use their tickets for an event at the new, future date.
